Delete My Data

You have the right to request complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data. Deletion is immediate and permanent -no waiting period.

What data will be deleted?

Account profile

Your name, email address, and profile picture stored in our database.

Authentication data

Your login sessions and email/password credentials stored in our authentication system.

Usage records

Your AI generation history, credit usage logs, and timestamps.

Subscription data

Your plan details. Note: Billing records may be retained by Dodo Payments for legal/tax compliance.

Extension storage

Session tokens stored in Chrome local storage will be cleared upon account deletion.

⚠️ What is retained?

Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention purposes even after a deletion request:

  • Billing and transaction records -retained by Dodo Payments for up to 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics -data that cannot be tied to you personally may be retained for product improvement.
  • Legal holds -if your account is under an active legal investigation, deletion may be delayed.

Timeline

Self-service (instant)

Log in to Draftly, go to Settings → Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm. Your account and all data are deleted immediately.

Email request (if you can't log in)

Email us at help.cryptpeach@gmail.com from your registered address. We'll verify and delete your data manually, typically within 24 hours.

Ready to delete your data?

Send an email from your registered Draftly address with subject "Data Deletion Request". We'll verify your identity and delete your data within 24 hours.
