Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Draftly in any manner, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 years old in certain jurisdictions) and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Draftly provides an AI-powered writing assistant available as a Chrome browser extension and web application. The service helps users compose personalized messages based on publicly visible webpage context (e.g., LinkedIn profiles, X/Twitter profiles). Message generation is powered by third-party AI APIs (DeepSeek and Groq).

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use Draftly only for lawful purposes. You must not use Draftly to:

• Generate spam, harassing, or deceptive messages.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms of service (including LinkedIn's and X/Twitter's terms).
• Attempt to bypass usage quotas or abuse the free tier to gain commercial advantage.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of Draftly.
• Use the service to collect or scrape personal data at scale.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Draftly offers a Free plan (20 generations/month), a Growth plan (150 generations/month), and a Pro plan (500 generations/month).
• Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you authorize Dodo Payments to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Draftly uses AI to generate message drafts. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or incomplete.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any AI-generated message.
• Draftly does not guarantee any specific outcome from using AI-generated messages (e.g., response rates, job offers).
• We do not endorse or take responsibility for messages you send using Draftly.

All intellectual property rights in Draftly (including the extension, web application, logos, and AI models) belong to Draftly and its licensors. You retain ownership of any original content you input; however, you grant Draftly a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Draftly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Draftly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Draftly is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by prominently posting a notice on our website. Continued use of Draftly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
