1. Free Plan

Draftly offers a Free plan with 20 AI generations per month. No payment is required for the Free plan and therefore no refunds are applicable.

2. Paid Plan -7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Growth or Pro) for the first time, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial charge, provided:

  • You have not used more than 50% of your monthly AI generation credits.
  • You contact us at help.cryptpeach@gmail.com with your registered email and the reason for your refund request.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Dodo Payments, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Renewals and Recurring Charges

After the 7-day money-back window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, and you will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

4. Annual Plan Refunds

If you are on an annual plan, you are eligible for a refund of the unused portion of your subscription if you cancel within 30 days of the original payment date. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable; however, you may cancel to stop future renewals.

5. Exceptions

We are unable to issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Fraudulent purchase attempts or chargebacks initiated without first contacting us.
  • Requests made after the applicable refund window has passed.

6. Downgrade

You may downgrade your plan at any time. When you downgrade, you retain access to your current paid plan until the end of the billing cycle, then switch to the lower tier. Downgrading is not a cancellation and does not trigger a refund.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email help.cryptpeach@gmail.com from your registered email address.
  2. Include the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Email]".
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your request (helps us improve).

We will respond within 2 business days and, if approved, initiate the refund immediately.
